Leg day- don't plan on taking the stairs

Dreaded leg day! It's the toughest workout and I almost puke every time.... but being sore for days is worth it.

5 minute jog and stretch

Barbell Squat x10
Dead lift x10
4 sets

Lunges with Dumbells x10 each leg
Wide squats with kettlebell x12
 4 sets

Standing calf raise machine x12
Hamstring curl x12
4 sets

Seated leg press x12
Calf raises on seated leg press x15
Leg extension machine x10
3 sets

Ham string curls with stability ball x12
Quadruped Hip Extension x20
3 sets

10 minutes of stretching
