Chicken and black bean quesadilla

Dinner for one tonight. Something super simple. But no microwave here. ALWAYS cook your quesadilla on the stovetop.

Ingredients:
2 whole wheat tortilla shells
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Dash of parmasan cheese
1/2 cup of black beans, rinsed
1/2 cup of shredded chicken (i used canned)
Handful of spinach
2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt (used in place of sour cream
Dash of hot sauce
And a side of fresh avocado
..... I love avocado!

Simple. Tasty. And fairly health friendly.
